not for the faint hearted foodie

If you are as much of a foodie as I am, you are going to adore Pasarbella, an indoor uptown marketplace with an incredible variety of gourmet food and dining ware. Located in an extremely remote part of Singapore at the Grandstand (my friends and i spent a good half hour figuring our way there), this gem of a place offers everything you could possibly need for dining: from sparkling wine, to baby radishes, to divine silk tablecloths. Of course, everything beautiful comes with its own hefty price tag, so be prepared to bring out the big bills if you come. Its lovely atmosphere and jazzy music makes it an ideal for social gatherings, especially with cafes like Dutch Colony Coffee tucked in the dining area.

Note to self: save up and come back for the pulled smoked chicken. And possibly consider stringing a smattering amount of fairy lights in my room; Pasarbella did it right in so many ways.
