current reads
I remember that it was during the period when i was studying for A levels that i swore to spend lots of time reading after those dreadful times were over. Last sunday i assembled my reading list for the month and reserved a couple books (it costs $1.60 each). I think there's no point in popping by the library aimlessly combing the shelves for a possibly good read if you already know the titles you're looking for.
The recipe for a good reading table:

1. a timeless classic; to tease figments of your imagination out from the billowy sockets of your unused creative trove
little women

2. the latest non-fiction bestseller; something that keeps you grounded and providing a fresh new perspective in this whirlpool we call reality
the art of thinking clearly

3. a cookbook; just because food and the prospect of creating something delectable with your own two hands for your family gives you the a nice warm feeling that flows right to your inner soul
the kinfolk table
