The number of times i failed hilariously while making meringues is a golden number 5.
They were either A: brown, B: cracked, C: stuck hard and fast to the paper, or D: all of the above.
Pretty epic for a dessert which only requires egg whites and sugar huh?
Carissa Priya and Nic came over yesterday for another lazy day and meringue baking was a rather spontaneous decision. These turned out perfect though; and as they (hardly ever) say,
