my promise

Sometimes I wonder why God has put my family and I through so much. Life is indeed full of trials, and though i would like to think that the situations i find myself in are not yet considered helpless, it does sometimes feel that way. Trials that strike the most vulnerable heart strings - family, especially, are tricky; they keep you awake at night and your happy spirits asleep in the day. Everything else feels small and insignificant in comparison, and even though I'm 21 i realise there is little i can do to make things better. For now, i'll just hustle and do what i do best: work hard for the future, for a good job, for my family.
Things will get better eventually, i promise.
