So, in the spirit of Christmas my best friend and i decided to embark on unchartered baking territory and challenged ourselves to bake a log cake. 

Despite over-whipping the cream along the way and having to start over for that portion of the cake i think we did pretty alright for our first time. Its definitely going to be a tradition each year to bake one for christmas between the both of us ☺
