2015 x cream cheese frosting

Things i learnt in 2014:

People come and go, like buses at the bus-stop. Treasure, and seize the present to show them how much you love them. You will literally never be closer to your current friends right now, in the entire span of your life, because things change, and people change.

You cannot please everyone. Trust me, i've tried my hardest and given up.

Treating yourself right will make this life worth living. Have a cat nap, stay out late dancing, buy that Murakami book or splurge on a fantastical overpriced meal once in a while. If you're not going to pamper your soul, who is?

You can do anything you set your mind and heart to. Always. Its like a rule in life, so go all out.

Also, red velvet cupcakes are, apparently, impostor chocolate cupcakes with red dye.

My cream cheese frosting recipe, makes enough icing for 24 cupcakes
150g cream cheese
100g butter, softened
125g icing sugar
5ml vanilla extract

Combine ingredients and chill before piping.
